Disposition versions
38. Section 8 of the Act respecting assistance for tourist development (chapter A-13.1), amended by section 7 of chapter 16 of the statutes of 1994, is again amended by replacing the words “Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments (chapter E-14.2)” by the words “Act respecting the Société du tourisme du Québec”.
