Disposition versions
3. The Minister of Energy and Resources shall be empowered to receive contributions, subsidies or donations which associations or individuals may give or make to assist in the development and proper operation of the various schools of forest engineers and rangers, the Paper-Making Institute of the Province of Québec, or the forest research stations and laboratories. Such contributions, subsidies or donations shall form special funds, each one designated under the name of the institution for which such contributions, subsidies or donations shall have been made by the donor, and such sums shall be administered by the Minister of Energy and Resources.
3. The Minister of Lands and Forests shall be empowered to receive contributions, subsidies or donations which associations or individuals may give or make to assist in the development and proper operation of the various schools of forest engineers and rangers, the Paper-Making Institute of the Province of Québec, or the forest research stations and laboratories. Such contributions, subsidies or donations shall form special funds, each one designated under the name of the institution for which such contributions, subsidies or donations shall have been made by the donor, and such sums shall be administered by the Minister of Lands and Forests.
