195. The parcel of land subject to a lease to produce petroleum and natural gas must be comprised within a single perimeter and its area must not be less than 2 km2 nor more than 20 km2.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the Minister may grant a lease in respect of a parcel of land of an area of less than 2 km2 if it includes the estimated area of the deposit.
