501. (Repealed).

501. The accumulated deficit to 30 June 1980, of a school board, a regional board or the Conseil scolaire de l’île de Montréal must be made up by a special tax or a loan repaid by an annual special tax, in accordance with the conditions determined by the Minister of Education.
A tax contemplated in the first paragraph is not subject to the approval of the electors.
