266. (Repealed).

266. A draft regulation provided by this act shall be published by the Minister in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice that at the expiration of sixty days after that publication, it will be presented to the Government for adoption or will be adopted by the Minister.
The Minister must hear every written objection sent to him before the expiry of the period of sixty days.
A regulation under this act comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on the later date fixed therein.
This section applies also to the amendment, replacement or repeal of a regulation.
