1107. (Repealed).
M.C. 1916, a. 805; 1992, c. 61, s. 195.
1107. Whenever, under this Code or any municipal by-law passed thereunder, a fine is imposed for each day during which the same is contravened, such penalty may be recovered for the first day only, unless special verbal or written notice has been given to the person contravening the same. If such notice is given, the fine may also be recovered for each day thereafter on which such contravention continued.
