210. (Repealed).

210. If such returns, verified as aforesaid, be not transmitted within the respective times hereinabove prescribed, or within fourteen days after the same have been so required by the Commission, every company making default shall forfeit to Her Majesty $100 for every day during which the company neglects to transmit the same.
