27. Les organismes suivants peuvent faire l’inspection en cours de construction d’un appareil sous pression construit hors du Québec pour être utilisé au Québec:

1°  au Canada, un service d’inspection d’appareils sous pression de compétence provinciale. Lorsque le service d’inspection de la province de fabrication le permet, l’inspection peut être effectuée dans un atelier reconnu et certifié par l’ASME par un inspecteur détenant un certificat en règle du National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors et employé par un organisme d’inspection autorisé tel qu’il est défini dans le «Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code» de l’ASME. Dans ce cas, l’appareil sous pression doit être enregistré auprès du National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors;

2°  aux États-Unis, un organisme d’inspection autorisé d’un état ou d’une municipalité ayant à son emploi un inspecteur détenant un certificat en règle du «National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels Inspectors»;

3°  dans les autres pays, un organisme d’inspection autorisé ayant à son emploi un inspecteur détenant un certificat en règle du «National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels Inspectors» ou un des organismes mentionnés aux paragraphes 4 à 17;

4°  AOTC (Associated Offices Technical Committee) comprenant:

a)  British Engine Insurance Limited;

b)  Commercial Union Assurance Co. Ltd.;

c)  National Vulcan Engineering Insurance Group Ltd.;

d)  Scottish Boiler and General Insurance Co. Ltd.;

5°  L.R.S. (Lloyd’s Register of Shipping);

6°  L.R.I.S. (Lloyd’s Register Industrial Services);

7°  Merz and McLelland;

8°  T.U.V. (Technische Uberwachungs—Vereing);

9°  Bureau Veritas;

10°  Der Norske Veritas;

11°  Tottrup and Associates;

12°  S.G.S. Far East Ltd.;

13°  I.E.I.C. (Independant Engineering Insurance Companies) comprenant:

a)  Ajax Engineering Policies at Lloyd’s;

b)  Cornhill Insurance Co. Ltd.;

c)  Eagle Star Group Engineering Insurance Ltd.;

d)  Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance Group;

e)  Legal and General Assurance Society Ltd.;

f)  Municipal Mutual Insurance Ltd.;

14°  K.D. (Kennedy and Donkin);

15°  A.N.C.C. (Associazione National Per II Controllo Della Combustione);

16°  Nippon Kaiji Kyohai;

17°  The High Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan (KHK).
