FINAL PROVISIONS
5.01. The diplomas which give access to the permits issued by the professional orders mentioned in Schedule I are those required by such orders before the coming into force of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) (1977-12-31), until this Regulation is amended in respect thereof.

(O.C. 1319-2011) SECTION 2The second paragraph of section 2.01 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist’s certificates of professional orders, struck out by paragraph 3 of section 1 of this Regulation, remains applicable to persons who, on 12 January 2012, hold the diploma mentioned in that paragraph.

Sections 1.17 and 2.02 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist’s certificates of professional orders, amended respectively by sections 1 and 2 of this Regulation, remain applicable to persons who, on 6 October 2011, hold the diplomas referred to in those sections or are registered in a program leading to such diplomas.
