Disposition versions
77. The nomination of candidates for election shall be held on the last Wednesday of October between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m..
In the case of the first election in a newly constituted municipality, the nomination of candidates shall take place on the ninth Wednesday following the constitution of the municipality.
77. The nomination of candidates for election shall be held on the last Wednesday of October between thirteen hours and seventeen hours.
In the case of the first election in a newly organized municipality, the nomination of candidates shall take place on the ninth Wednesday following the erection of the municipality.
