3.7. The Société is subrogated by operation of law in the rights of a housing agency that receives financial assistance granted for the purposes of the operation and maintenance of residential immovables as soon as proceedings are instituted before the competent court regarding a prejudice caused to the housing agency, up to the amount that the Société has paid or may pay to the housing agency because of the prejudice.

3.7. The Société is subrogated by operation of law in the rights of a housing agency within the meaning of section 85.1 as soon as proceedings are instituted before the competent court regarding a prejudice caused to the housing agency, up to the amount that the Société has paid or may pay to the housing agency because of the prejudice.
