432. The Minister may, with the approval of the Conseil du trésor, enter into an agreement with a body representing the persons referred to below who work for institutions concerning their conditions of employment:
(1)  clinical biochemists and candidates for the specialist’s certificate in clinical biochemistry;
(2)  certified clinical laboratory geneticists;
(3)  pharmacists and persons in the process of obtaining a licence to practise pharmacy; and
(4)  medical physicists.
Any agreement or part of an agreement referred to in the first paragraph, if it expressly so provides, may bind any institution. However, the Minister must consult the institutions or groups of institutions that could be bound by an agreement or part of an agreement, and those institutions or groups of institutions may submit recommendations to the Minister regarding the terms of their participation in the making of the agreement or part of an agreement.
The remuneration and other terms of employment agreed upon in the agreement binding the persons referred to in the first paragraph in accordance with the second paragraph shall be administered by the institutions.

Institutions shall be bound by any agreement.
The Minister must consult each association grouping a majority of institutions carrying on activities specific to the mission of centres of the same nature.
The remuneration and other terms of employment agreed upon in the agreement binding the pharmacists, clinical biochemists or medical physicists in accordance with the second paragraph shall be administered by the institutions.
