68. Except on a question of jurisdiction, article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) does not apply to the Commission and no extraordinary recourse provided in articles 834 to 850 of that Code may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the Commission acting in its official capacity.
