23. A withdrawal of recognition takes effect on the date of the Tribunal’s decision.

23. A withdrawal of recognition takes effect on the date of the Commission’s decision.

23. Where the Commission withdraws recognition, it shall give notice thereof in the Gazette officielle du Québec in the same manner as for a decision granting recognition. The withdrawal takes effect from the date of publication of the notice.
