Disposition versions
47.2. A pharmacist who provides a medication or a substance to a competent professional for the purpose of the administration of medical aid in dying must notify the Commission within 30 days and send it, in the manner determined by government regulation, the information prescribed by that regulation. This information is confidential and may not be disclosed to any other person, except to the extent that the information is necessary for the purposes of this section.
