43. If the Minister grants the application, the Authority sends the articles of amalgamation, any other document required to be filed with them and the fees referred to in section 38 to the enterprise registrar.

43. The Authority shall transmit the letters patent to the enterprise registrar who shall deposit them in the register of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons.

43. The Inspector General shall publish a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec, at the expense of the company resulting from the amalgamation, indicating that the amalgamation has been ratified.
