The liquidator appointed to the property of a company shall act under the control and direction of the Authority which may, even if it alleges no particular interest, act before the courts in all matters respecting the winding-up and exercise, on behalf of any shareholder, depositor, beneficiary or creditor of the company, the rights which those persons have against the company.
