72. The Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister of Finance exercises the functions of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity provided for in this Act, except Divisions I, II and III of Chapter IV and section 52 as regards of an arbitrator's appointment.
