S-2.1.1 - Act to foster the financial health and sustainability of municipal defined benefit pension plans

Disposition versions
69. For the exercise of the functions assigned to it under this Act, Retraite Québec may, in addition to the other powers conferred on it by this Act, the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) and the Supplemental Pension Plans Act (chapter R-15.1), require any document or information it considers necessary for the purposes of this Act from any pension committee or municipal body.
In addition, sections 183 to 193, 246, 247 and 248 of the Supplemental Pension Plans Act apply to this Act, with the necessary modifications.
69.
