Disposition versions
64. Any pension plan subject to this Act must be amended to provide that the group composed of active members and the group composed of retired members and of beneficiaries can each designate a member in addition to the one provided for in the first paragraph of section 147.1 of the Supplemental Pension Plans Act (chapter R-15.1). These members may be replaced at an annual meeting held under section 166 of that Act.
