Disposition versions
97. An employee described in section 93 who, in accordance with the conditions of employment applicable to him or her, refuses to be transferred to the Company, is assigned to the Company until the Chair of the Conseil du trésor is able to assign the employee to a position in accordance with section 100 of the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
