17.0.1. The Government approves the socio-economic criteria applied by the company in selecting the establishments in which it may install video lottery machines. The establishments are selected from among those for which a licence, issued under the Act respecting lotteries and amusement machines (chapter L-6), authorizes its holder to make such machines available for public use.
