11. (Repealed).

11. The members of the board of directors other than the president and chief executive officer shall receive no remuneration, except in the cases, on the conditions and to the extent that the Government may determine. They are entitled, however, to reimbursement of expenses incurred in performing their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.
11. The remuneration, employment benefits and other conditions of employment of the president and chief executive officer shall be determined by the Government.
