37. The Board shall, not later than 30 April each year, submit to the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal period. That report must also contain, in addition to the information under sections 36, 38 and 39 of the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02), all the information which the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity may prescribe.

The report shall be tabled immediately before the National Assembly if it is in session or, if it is not sitting, within 15 days of the opening of the next session.

37. The Board shall, not later than the last day of March in each year, submit to the Gouvernement a report on its operations for the previous year. Such report shall contain all the information which the Gouvernement may prescribe.

Such report shall be forthwith laid before the Assemblée nationale if in session or, if not, within fifteen days after the opening of the next session.
