R-9 - Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan
Section 231
Disposition versions
231. The repayment mentioned in section 229 shall be made only in respect of persons less than 65 years of age who are eligible under a last resort financial assistance program provided for in the Individual and Family Assistance Act (chapter A-13.1.1) and who were receiving social aid on 31 December 1971 and are not beneficiaries of the pensions contemplated in section 105.
231. The repayment mentioned in section 229 shall be made only in respect of persons less than 65 years of age who are eligible under a last resort financial assistance program provided for in the Act respecting income support, employment assistance and social solidarity (chapter S-32.001) and who were receiving social aid on 31 December 1971 and are not beneficiaries of the pensions contemplated in section 105.
231. The repayment mentioned in section 229 shall be made only in respect of persons less than 65 years of age who are eligible for benefits under a last resort assistance program under the Act respecting income security (chapter S-3.1.1) and who were receiving social aid on 31 December 1971 and are not beneficiaries of the pensions contemplated in section 105.
