Except for an offence under Title III, an information under this Act may be laid or made by any person authorized by the Board and, where an information purports to have been laid or made under this section, it shall be deemed to have been laid or made by a person thereunto authorized by the Board and shall not be called in question for lack of authority of the informant except by the Board or a person acting for it or for Her Majesty.
