R-8.2 - Act respecting the process of negotiation of the collective agreements in the public and parapublic sectors
Section 61
Disposition versions
61. Any agreement made pursuant to section 60 shall be filed with the Minister of Labour in accordance with the first paragraph of section 72 of the Labour Code (chapter C-27). It shall take effect in accordance with provisions set forth in the second paragraph of that section.
In no case may the agreement be the subject of negotiations before the expiry of two years, unless the parties decide to amend it before the lapse of that term.
61. Any agreement made pursuant to section 60 shall be filed at one of the offices of the Commission des relations du travail in accordance with the first paragraph of section 72 of the Labour Code (chapter C-27). It shall take effect in accordance with provisions set forth in the second paragraph of that section.
