58. In the education sector, in respect of the teaching staff, and in the case of colleges, in respect of the non-teaching professional staff, and in the social affairs sector, the matters listed in Schedule A or Schedule A.1, as the case may be, are the subject of clauses negotiated and agreed at the local or regional level.
The same applies, in respect of the same classes of personnel, to any other matter defined by the parties in the course of the negotiation of the clauses negotiated and agreed at the national level.
