57. In the education sector, in respect of the support staff and the non-teaching professional staff of school service centres and school boards, the matters pertaining to the clauses negotiated and agreed at the local or regional level are those that are defined by the parties in the course of the negotiation of the clauses negotiated and agreed at the national level.
