59. The sums required to cover the administrative expenses related to the Pension Plan of Management Personnel are taken in equal proportions(1) out of the employees’ contribution fund under the plan, at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec; and
(2) out of the employers’ contributory fund under the plan, at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and then in accordance with section 182 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1). However, the sums required to cover the administrative expenses related to additional services offered to employees and beneficiaries under the plan are taken in the proportions determined by the pension committee in its request.
Despite the first and second paragraphs, the sums required to cover the administrative expenses related to the special provisions applicable to the classes of employees designated under the first paragraph of section 23 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel and to the provisions on supplemental benefits payable to certain classes of employees under section 208 of that Act are taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
Despite the first and second paragraphs, the sums required to cover the administrative expenses related to the benefit payments referred to in section 181.1 of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel are taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
The sums taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund are deemed to be contributions by the Government as employer with respect to that plan.
