10. For the purpose of providing services to the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain, the Network may enter into a subcontract with any person operating a shared transportation enterprise providing, in particular, bus transportation, paratransit, or carpooling services or remunerated passenger transportation services by automobile governed by the Act respecting remunerated passenger transportation by automobile (chapter T-11.2). If services are intended for persons with disabilities and unless they are provided by bus or minibus, only taxis within the meaning of section 144 of that Act may provide such services.
