Disposition versions
49. This Act, except Chapters V and VI, ceases to have effect on 15 December 2022, except with regard to any action brought prior to that date. Chapter V ceases to have effect on the date to be set by the Government.
49. This Act, except Chapters V and VI, ceases to have effect on (insert the date that is five years after the date of coming into force of Chapter III), except with regard to any action brought prior to that date. Chapter V ceases to have effect on the date to be set by the Government.
