107. Every person guilty of an offence under a provision of any of sections 101 to 106 is liable to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $2,000 in the case of a natural person, and not less than $400 and not more than $4,000 in the case of a legal person.
For a second or subsequent offence, the fines are doubled.
