158. A registrant or a person acting for a registrant as administrator of the property of others who declares or uses a name prohibited under any of subparagraphs 1 to 6 of the first paragraph of section 17 or under the second paragraph of that section is liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 in the case of a natural person, and not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 in any other case.
