Section 6.1
Disposition versions
6.1. This title, title II respecting business practices, sections 264 to 267 and 277 to 290.1 of title IV, chapter I of title V and paragraphs c, k and r of section 350 also apply to the sale, lease or construction of an immovable, but not to the leasing of an immovable governed by articles 1892 to 2000 of the Civil Code.

This title, title II respecting business practices, sections 264 to 267 and 277 to 290 of title IV, chapter I of title V and paragraphs c, k and r of section 350 also apply to the sale, lease or construction of an immovable, but not to the acts of a broker or his agent governed by the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.1) or to the leasing of an immovable governed by articles 1892 to 2000 of the Civil Code.
6.1.
