71.15.5. Psychosocial support services are to be offered to a child who undertakes research into family and medical antecedents or steps toward a reunion. They are also to be offered to any other adoptee and to his descendants in the first degree who undertake or are the subject of such research or steps and need such services.
The services are to be offered by the person or institution designated for that purpose by the Minister.
