41. (Repealed).

41. The fees required for the consideration of an application for certification, and the annual fees required for registration, shall be determined by government regulation.
The Government may also determine, by regulation, the fees payable upon an application for re-registration following a revocation of registration.

41. For the purpose of monitoring gasoline prices in the various regions of Québec, the Minister shall have the following powers:
(1)  the power to inquire into the sale or distribution of gasoline, and the prices, taxes and fees charged and paid therefor;
(2)  the power of inspection, in accordance with Chapter VI of this Act, in respect of the sale or distribution of gasoline, and the prices, taxes and fees charged and paid therefor;
(3)  the power to monitor the sale or distribution of gasoline, and the prices, taxes and fees charged and paid therefor.
