20. The Commission shall make an inquiry, whenever requested to do so by the Government, respecting any aspect of crime which it indicates.
The Commission shall also make an inquiry into the activities of an organization or system, its ramifications and the persons involved, to the extent prescribed by the Government, whenever it has reason to believe that in the fight against organized crime or terrorism and subversion, it is in the public interest to order such an inquiry to be held.
