11. (Repealed).

11. If the Bureau fails to pass a regulation in accordance with subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 10 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may pass such regulation.

11. If the Bureau fails to pass a regulation in accordance with subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 10 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may pass such regulation.
Every regulation passed by the Office under this section must be submitted for approval to the Government and shall come into force, after such approval, on the day of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
