201. The council of a local municipality whose territory is bounded by a line running into a body of water may, by by-law, apply to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy for a change in the boundaries of its territory in order to extend it into the water or to reduce any part thereof which is situated in the water.
