130. The clerk or clerk-treasurer of the annexing municipality shall transmit a certified copy of the by-law to the municipality affected by the proposed annexation.
The clerk or clerk-treasurer shall also transmit a certified copy of the by-law to the regional county municipality which includes the area affected by the proposed annexation.
A duplicate of a land surveyor’s plan of the area to be annexed must be attached to the copy of the by-law.
