152. Exceptionally, if the Minister is of the opinion that the general management or the board of directors of a public institution does anything that is incompatible with the rules of sound management applicable to such an institution, the Minister may, for a period not exceeding 180 days, appoint one or more persons to temporarily replace the president and executive director or assistant president and executive director, or to assume some of the powers of the institution’s board of directors.
If deprived of some of its powers, the institution’s board of directors continues to exercise only those powers that were not suspended.
