7. Eleven directors shall be elected in the manner provided for in the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
Four other directors shall be appointed by the Office des professions du Québec in the manner provided in the Professional Code.

7. Twenty directors shall be elected in the manner provided for in the Professional Code (chapter C-26).

Four other directors shall be appointed by the faculties of medicine of Université Laval, Université de Montréal, McGill University and Université de Sherbrooke, in the proportion of one director from each faculty.
