44. (Repealed).

44. No person may in any manner claim to be an acupunctor or use a title leading to the belief that he is an acupunctor, unless he is entered in the register provided for in paragraph c of the first paragraph of section 20 or, in the case of a physician, that he has complied with the regulations enacted under paragraph f of the first paragraph of section 20.
