20. In addition to the obligations imposed in sections 87 to 93 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the Bureau shall, by regulation, make rules respecting:(a) the training of persons other than physicians who wish to practise acupuncture;
(b) the practice of acupuncture by such persons;
(c) the terms and conditions of annual registration of each of such persons in a register kept by the secretary of the Order, and the suspension or cancellation of or the refusal to renew such registration;
(d) the application of the powers of the professional inspection committee and the syndic’s powers of investigation in respect of such persons;
(e) the subjects in which the persons mentioned in section 21 are required to have received instruction;
(f) the training of physicians who wish to practise acupuncture.
The Bureau, before adopting a regulation under this section, shall consult the Office des professions du Québec and the bodies representing the persons concerned identified in agreement with the Office.
A decision taken by the Bureau to suspend an entry in the register provided for in subparagraph c of the first paragraph, or to cancel or refuse to renew it is subject to appeal before the Professions Tribunal, whose decision is final and without appeal. Such appeal must be lodged within thirty days from the service upon the person concerned, in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25), of the Bureau’s decision.
