22. (Repealed).

22. The board shall designate the chair of one of the committees established under section 22.4 as vice-chair to act as a replacement when the chair of the board is absent or unable to act.

22. The minutes of the meetings of the board of directors, approved by the board and certified true by the chairman or any person authorized to do so by a museum, are authentic.
Similarly, documents or copies emanating from a museum or forming part of its records are authentic if so certified.
