27. The Government shall make, and whenever it sees fit, amend or replace a tariff of the sums to be paid for the issuing and registering of commissions and documents, and for the delivery of copies certified by the Minister.

The Minister shall account to the Minister of Finance for all sums received under such tariff.
Every regulation made under this section shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on such later date as is fixed therein for such purpose.
