320. Any officer or employee in the “energy” or “mines” sectors of the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune who fails to inform his employer, upon acquisition, of the interest he has, directly or indirectly, in any enterprise engaged in exploration, or mining, of mineral substances or operation of underground reservoirs governed by this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $75 to $1,175.
