304.1.1. Any mineral substance forming part of the domain of the State and found in a parcel of land on which a claim may be obtained and that is included in a mining-incompatible territory delimited in a land use and development plan in accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1) is withdrawn from prospecting, mining exploration and mining operations from the time the territory is shown on the maps kept at the office of the registrar. A mining-incompatible territory is a territory in which the viability of activities would be compromised by the impacts of mining.
