20.1. Despite paragraph 1 of section 2 of the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45), a natural person who operates a tobacco retail outlet under a name that includes his or her surname and given name is subject to the requirement of registration.
